5. Fees and Payments
The fee structure for using Profit Bytevox is detailed within the Client's dashboard. Fees may include subscription costs, performance-based commissions, or transaction-related charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Profit Bytevox.
6. Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international commercial laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
